My Story

I found Thaiboxing during a tumultuous period of my life. I was depressed, stressed and had poor self-esteem. Martial arts instilled a sense of confidence, belief and power that I'd never had before. I learned how to live beyond my comfort zone and finally take charge of my life. Not only did it enable me to give up damaging habits, while becoming fitter and stronger, but, I also figured out how to dig myself out of the hole I’d found myself in. I learned most of my lessons the hard way. It is now my mission to give other women the tools to do the same. The easier way.
